Coach tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and improve financial wellbeing while increasing branch loyalty;
Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives for their financial interactions;
Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff;
Conduct lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs;
Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes; ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
