Get Hired, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join a two-person team at a 100-unit affordable housing community in Greenville, PA.
A dedicated custodian on site allows maintenance staff to focus on repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and resident service requests, with a on-call rotation. You will perform routine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks, complete work orders, assist with cleaning, grounds work, and snow removal.
