Seasonal associate responsibilities include moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays arrive, seasonal associates are prepared to handle increased demand. The role requires product knowledge, problem-solving, and merchandise skills.
Responsibilities- Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers.
- Resolve merchandising challenges and support store operations.
- Basic product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to handle changing workloads.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
