Maintain and prepare job site/shop;
Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms;
Perform minor preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers, and cooling towers;
Change filters in air handlers, terminal devices, and fan coils;
Inspect mechanical devices and perform repairs or corrections
