We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing outdoor power equipment with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Typical equipment includes riding and push mowers, snow blowers, generators, hand‑held power tools, snowmobiles, and battery‑powered outdoor equipment.
Responsibilities- Diagnose causes of power equipment failure and perform accurate troubleshooting
- Complete repairs and maintenance in accordance with industry standards
- Ensure high‑quality workmanship and timely task completion
- Communicate repair needs, findings, and recommendations professionally
- Ability to be organized and structured to the quality of Core Power Leadership, with an understanding of time to complete jobs from start to finish
- Demonstrated experience with major and small mechanical and equipment repair concepts
- Strong problem‑solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Dependable, motivated, and detail‑oriented work ethic
- Ability to work within a team and problem‑solve together
- Communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Experience with brands such as Arctic Cat, Exmark, Argo, STIHL, DeWalt, and TYM is a plus
- Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
