JOB SUMMARY

This position provides hands-on professional business experience through direct involvement in auditing water accounts and financial transactions, account management, and customer-facing operations. This role supports accurate revenue processing, revenue recovery, maintains customer account integrity, and contributes to a high standard of public service in a fast-paced professional public utility environment.

* Auditing Fire Line Accounts

* Auditing Payment Processing

* Business Process Review and Improvement

* Move in / Move Out Transactions

* Front Desk Coverage

* Other similar duties

* Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college, with college course work and experience in auditing, customer service, billing, or office software systems.
