What

your future day will look like:

Manage client accounting activities within Quick Books Online, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Reconcile sales activity from platforms such as Stripe, Square, Shopify, and other third-party systems.
Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements.
Review payroll reports and prepare accurate payroll journal entries within Quick Books Online.
Analyze financial statements, investigate discrepancies, and identify unusual balances or transactions.
Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions, provide guidance, and support their accounting needs.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

5–8 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge
Advanced Quick Books Online experience required
Experience with sales tax compliance and multi-state filings preferred
Familiarity with retail, hospitality, and third-party transaction platforms such as Stripe, Square, and Shopify
Strong understanding of payroll reporting and payroll-related journal entries
Self-motivated, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
Clean background and personal credit
