• What your future day will look like:Manage client accounting activities within Quick Books Online, ensuring financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Reconcile sales activity from platforms such as Stripe, Square, Shopify, and other third-party systems.
• Prepare and file multi-state sales tax returns while maintaining compliance with applicable requirements.
• Review payroll reports and prepare accurate payroll journal entries within Quick Books Online.
• Analyze financial statements, investigate discrepancies, and identify unusual balances or transactions.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve questions, provide guidance, and support their accounting needs.

• To be a champion in this role, you will need:5–8 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger and financial reporting knowledge
• Advanced Quick Books Online experience required
• Experience with sales tax compliance and multi-state filings preferred
• Familiarity with retail, hospitality, and third-party transaction platforms such as Stripe, Square, and Shopify
• Strong understanding of payroll reporting and payroll-related journal entries
• Self-motivated, client-focused professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
