Tax CPA​/Tax Manager

Location: Greenville, SC |
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to help lead its Greenville, SC office. This is an opportunity for a seasoned tax professional who enjoys close client collaboration, staff mentorship, and a long-term leadership path with a growing firm.

• Review and prepare individual, S-Corporation, partnership, and other business tax returns
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for tax engagements
• Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for tax planning and compliance matters
• Review work completed by staff and provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Help oversee and develop a team of approximately 4–5 professionals in the Greenville office
• Assist with workflow management, deadlines, and quality control
• Work directly with firm leadership on client service and continued growth of the Greenville office
• Participate in tax planning and provide clients with proactive guidance throughout the year

• CPA license required
• Strong public accounting tax experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, including 1040s, S-Corporations, and partnerships
• Previous experience reviewing the work of other tax professionals
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills

• Experience with Quick Books Online and/or Quick Books Desktop preferred
• Prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
