Senior Accountant

• Manage daily cash activities, including cash management and bank account reconciliations
• Perform treasury functions, including bank wire transfers and ACH transactions
• Complete daily transactional analysis and reconciliation activities
• Prepare, post, and review journal entries
• Review, analyze, and report on general ledger activity
• Assist with financial statement preparation, including report packages and presentations for statement users
• Provide assistance and support during the annual audit process
• Assist with annual budgeting activities, including interim and monthly forecasting
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues as needed
• Support accounting operations and financial reporting requirements in a fast-paced, growing environment

• Working knowledge of Quick Books or comparable accounting software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP
• Strong analytical skills, including research and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility with work schedule as business needs require
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to provide references demonstrating integrity
