A nonprofit organization in Greenville is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and coordinate with vendors, staff, and consumers. This role requires strong administrative judgment, a focus on providing excellent customer service, and comfortability with fiscal processes.

Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary office contact, including phones, visitor reception, and mail processing

-Coordinate scheduling and communication with vendors, service providers, and consumers

-Process and track administrative and fiscal documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and authorizations

-Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation

-Support staff with scheduling, meetings, and caseload coordination

-Order and manage office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

-4+ years of professional administrative experience

-Experience working with vendors and handling invoices or similar documentation

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information
