A wealth management firm in Greenville is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to support financial advisors with client service, account administration, and meeting preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a professional financial services environment and takes pride in providing exceptional client support. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality experience for clients.

This is a great role for candidates who have previous experience in financial advising assistance, paraplanning, investment operations, or client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as first point of contact for client service requests and account inquiries
-Prepare materials and documentation for financial advisor client meetings
-Process account paperwork including transfers, distributions, and updates
-Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
-Assist with scheduling client reviews, managing advisor calendars, sorting and delivering mail, preparing materials for client meetings, and providing thorough case notes
-Onboard new clients
-Update and maintain CRM records
-Track and follow up on client requests to ensure completion
-Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

-Prior experience in financial planning support or wealth management
-Prior experience with CRM and portfolio management in systems such as Orion or Redtail
-Proven experience managing client relationships
-South Carolina insurance license or willingness to obtain
-FINRA series 7 and series 63 licenses or willingness to obtain
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
