Position Summary

As an integral part of our team, you will assist multiple principals with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include document preparation, scheduling, managing calendars, and more. Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial support and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Office, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments, and manage calendars using MS Outlook.
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Sort and deliver mail, ensuring timely distribution and processing.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Operate office equipment and ensure proper functionality and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management.
