This full-time, Area Sales Manager role is based in Greenville, SC. The role involves driving sales performance, managing and supporting sales teams, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate or homebuilding industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
