* Summary:

** Reporting directly to the Data Analyst Manager of Greenville Operations, this individual will be expected to support various departments and teams with data requests, data analysis, design and modification of reports, establishment of business controls, and creation of new and enhancement of existing dashboards. Major areas of data analysis support include Affidavits, Judgments, ACDVs, Fraud, Disputes, Correspondence (Inbound and Outbound), and Mail Center operations.
** Responsibilities:*
* · Collaborate directly with managers and supervisors to fulfill regular and ad hoc data analysis needs. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement with regard to business processes, business controls, reporting content, and presentation.
· Acquire working knowledge of existing technical processes and apply knowledge to assigned tasks and projects
· Generate ad hoc and month end reports
· Coordinate and collaborate with Business Intelligence resources for production implementation of varying reporting (ad hoc, subscription, smoke detection, etc) following data analysis and report design
· Follow all security guidelines and comply with all components of our privacy and security policies
** Qualifications/Skills*
* · 1-2 years of related experience
· Comfortable working independently in ambiguous and/or stressful situations
· Ability to shift priorities quickly; capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
· Knowledge and demonstrable skills in use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
· Advanced knowledge and demonstrable skills in use of MS Excel (Pivot tables/charts)
· Moderate level of SQL experience with desire to advance skillset
· Moderate level of Power

BI experience with desire to advance skillset (preferred)
· Strong conceptual, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
· Strong ability to communicate with wide array of audiences at multiple levels
· Detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy
· Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretionary judgment

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a related area or significant experience in the field
