Payfluence HCM is currently looking to hire an Implementation Consultant to join our team.

What You'll Do- Provide outstanding client communication, by providing clarity of expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Positively grow client relationships, be being a valued consultative partner throughout the implementation process
- Lead new customers through implementations, ensuring their payroll and HR business processes are set up effectively
- Schedule weekly training call with the client, preparing clients for post-implementation self-sufficiency
- Simultaneously handle several client project plans in various stages and ensure timelines are being met to provide a positive onboarding experience
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase partner satisfaction, drive efficiency and enhance the implementation process.
- Be a great teammate, always willing to help others and perform other duties as needed.
- Associates Degree or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of software implementation experience, preferably in a HCM environment
- Experience in the HCM industry/PEO, Insurance or Accounting industry is a plus
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
