Payfluence HCM is currently looking to hire an Implementation Consultant to join our team.

What You'll Do
  • Provide outstanding client communication, by providing clarity of expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Positively grow client relationships, be being a valued consultative partner throughout the implementation process
  • Lead new customers through implementations, ensuring their payroll and HR business processes are set up effectively
  • Schedule weekly training call with the client, preparing clients for post-implementation self-sufficiency
  • Simultaneously handle several client project plans in various stages and ensure timelines are being met to provide a positive onboarding experience
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase partner satisfaction, drive efficiency and enhance the implementation process.
  • Be a great teammate, always willing to help others and perform other duties as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Associates Degree or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of software implementation experience, preferably in a HCM environment
  • Experience in the HCM industry/PEO, Insurance or Accounting industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written, oral, and communication skills
