HTI is seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth across complex workforce and business service solutions.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who excels at developing sales talent, managing pipelines, and closing complex service engagements with senior decision-makers.
You will own sales strategy, lead the team responsible for new client acquisition, and drive growth across multiple service lines.
What You’ll Do- Recruit, coach, and mentor sales professionals to exceed revenue targets
- Drive accountability, performance management, and sales execution
- Lead pipeline strategy, forecasting, and quota achievement
- Develop scalable sales processes and best practices
- Lead the sale of multi-service workforce solutions, managed services, and strategic partnerships
- Guide the team in selling high-value, consultative B2B service solutions
- Support key deals, proposal strategy, and contract negotiations
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision makers
- Own annual revenue targets and go-to-market strategy
- Identify new markets, verticals, and strategic accounts
- Drive cross-selling across service offerings
- Represent HTI at industry events, associations, and networking forums
- Monitor pipeline health, forecasts, and revenue performance
- Leverage CRM data to guide strategy and improve win rates
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years leading B2B sales teams
- Proven success selling complex service solutions
- Track record of building and scaling sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Experience selling to executive decision-makers
- Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, HR services, or managed services
- Background in multi-service or consultative sales environments
- CRM experience (Hub Spot or similar)
- Strong professional network and industry presence
