We’re working with a well-established, family-owned General Contractor with over 50 years of success in the construction industry, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina
. Known for their strong company culture, collaborative team environment, and commitment to quality, they’re now seeking a Multifamily Superintendent to join their growing team.

This is a travel-based position
, covering projects throughout South Carolina and North Carolina
, with company-provided accommodations and vehicle
. You’ll take the lead on-site, delivering high-quality ground-up multifamily developments while working with a team that genuinely values and supports each other.

As a Superintendent
, you’ll be the key leader on site, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, and ensuring each job is built to spec, on time, and with top-tier craftsmanship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading construction activities on ground-up multifamily projects
• Managing day-to-day field operations across various job sites in SC & NC
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors and on-site teams
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to keep the schedule and budget on track
• Managing documentation and reporting through project management software
• Acting as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and company leadership

• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily construction
• Solid understanding of all building components—foundations, structures, MEP systems, interiors, and finishes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel throughout South Carolina and North Carolina as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software platforms
• A proactive problem-solver with a team-first mentality
