Overview

We’re seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations across multiple job sites. This role coordinates subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and schedules while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage on-site single-family home construction activities from start to finish
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and inspections
  • Ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards
  • Perform daily site walks to identify issues and plan ahead
  • Communicate progress, delays, and conflicts with the project team
  • Lead and coordinate 30+ subcontractors and vendors
  • Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards
  • Monitor schedules, build times, and budgets
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
  • Create and manage punch lists and warranty items
  • Review and approve completed work and payment requests
  • Document daily progress, photos, and reports in Home Base and Company Cam
  • Travel daily between job sites
What We’re Looking For
  • Must have solid residential construction experience
  • State funded programs experience preferred, not required
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job sites in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to change
  • Experience resolving challenging or high-pressure client situations
  • Ability to read blueprints and elevation certificates
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
Physical & Travel Requirements
  • Ability to travel by vehicle for multiple hours daily on a flexible schedule (valid insurance required for vehicle used)
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, sit, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods
