Job Summary
Asphalt Crew Foreman We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Crew Foreman to lead paving operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials on-site.

$28 – $35 per hour
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate asphalt paving crews on job sites
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to team members
- Operate and oversee the use of paving equipment including pavers, rollers, and skid steers
- Ensure proper asphalt placement, compaction, and finishing techniques
- Monitor job progress and adjust workflow to meet deadlines
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control standards
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients as needed
- Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and skills
- Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
