Assistant Project Manager II - Multifamily Construction
A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Superintendent to lead multifamily construction projects in the Greenville, SC market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who has experience managing complex projects and is interested in expanding their career within the commercial construction space. Candidates coming from residential construction, high-volume homebuilding, hospitality, or other related construction environments are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of projects, enjoys leading teams in the field, and has a strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
- 3+ years of construction project management or superintendent experience
- Experience managing residential, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, or similar projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating field operations
