A Day in the Life:

Asan Assistant Superintendent, every daybrings a new lesson.

You’llgain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working alongside experienced professionals who areinvestedin your growth.

Here'swhat you can expect:

• Preconstruction Planning – Attend post-award meetings to review project details andassistwith construction planning before work begins.
• Project Scheduling – Work with the Project Manager to develop construction schedules, sequencing, staffing plans, and equipment needs.
• Field Leadership – Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications.
• Subcontractor Coordination – Manage subcontractor activities, communicate schedule updates, and ensure work is properly coordinated across trades.

Necessary

Qualifications:

• Recent or upcoming completion of an accredited
  Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering
  undergraduate or graduate program(other related engineering majors will be considered)
• A strong interest in the construction process, specifically design/build, tilt-up concrete, industrial builds, etc.
• Previous experience in construction preferred, but not required
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred, but not required
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Valid Drivers License
