If you’re an Electrical Project Manager with proven hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience
, this is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll have genuine ownership of major projects, long-term work and a clear path to progression.

You won’t be brought in simply to manage paperwork. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of major electrical scopes, work directly with clients and field leadership, and play a key role in delivering some of the largest data center projects in the country.

You’ll lead electrical data center projects from preconstruction through completion, working closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, Superintendents, field leadership and internal teams.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing project budgets, schedules and overall execution
• Leading procurement, buyouts and subcontractor management
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders and contract administration
• Working alongside Superintendents and field teams to drive project progress
• Managing client, subcontractor and contractor relationships
• Tracking project financials, forecasting and cost control
• Supporting preconstruction, estimating and project handover(shop was missing)
• Ensuring quality, safety and schedule expectations are met
• Driving successful delivery of major electrical data center scopes

• Proven Electrical Project Management experience within data center construction
• Experience managing electrical projects valued at $20M+
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and data center construction
• Experience with hyperscale / mission-critical data centers
• Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors and project teams
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-value data center environments
• Willingness to travel to data center project sites across the USA

This isn’t about jumping from one project to the next with no clear direction.

The contractor has a strong pipeline of hyperscale data center projects and is looking for experienced Electrical PMs who want to take on larger projects, greater responsibility and continue progressing within the business.
