Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (based on experience) Is this your perfect fit?

  • Are you a Project Manager with industrial construction experience who enjoys overseeing projects from planning through completion?

What your future day will look like:
  • Plan and manage industrial construction projects, including scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to project teams and field personnel
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors/vendors, internal departments, and employees to maximize project operations
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Review/manage change orders, purchase orders, and submittals
  • Ensure projects meet safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards
  • Visit project sites on a regular basis to support field operations and personnel ensuring projects are being executed properly
  • Oversee material purchasing, equipment coordination, billing and proper documentation

    Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing questions and providing project updates

Type:
Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Degree or technical training in construction management is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of industrial construction project management experience
  • Proficiency managing project schedules, labor/subcontractor planning, and material procurement/sourcing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related software
