Greenville Triumph SC is a professional soccer club competing in the USL League One. We are fan-centric, community-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences on and off the pitch. Our Marketing & Communications Department plays a key role in activating the brand across platforms, driving engagement, and building long‑term partnerships.

Position Summary

Greenville Triumph SC is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support the broader marketing ecosystem, including communications, ticketing, partnerships, and matchday operations. This role will conceive and execute best‑in‑class visual assets that elevate the club brand across print, digital, social media, out‑of‑home, and experiential platforms. You’ll be a strategic contributor who can turn concepts into compelling visuals that drive fan engagement and revenue opportunities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Creative & Design
  • Conceptualize and produce high‑quality visual content for digital, print, and environmental applications (signage, stadium graphics, partner activations).
  • Develop campaign creative that supports ticket sales, partner promotions, community initiatives, and fan engagement.
  • Produce scalable templates and assets across channels including web banners, email graphics, social media, and ads.
  • Maintain and evolve the club’s visual identity standards across all deliverables.
Web & Digital Experience
  • Update and manage website content through Word Press, ensuring visuals are optimized for performance and brand consistency.
  • Assist with landing pages, ticket promotions, partner pages, and dynamic web content aligned with campaign goals.
Social Media & Content Strategy
  • Design engaging social media assets optimized for platform best practices and performance.
  • Support short‑form content storytelling through graphics, motion loops, and visual layouts.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Ticketing, Partnerships, Communications, and Operations to ensure creative supports strategic business objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to integrate design into email campaigns, sponsorship deliverables, event signage, and matchday visuals.
  • Collaborate with photographers and video producers on visual assets for media use.
Qualifications & Skills
Required
  • 2 years of professional design experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, or brand marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated experience with Word Press or other CMS platforms for web content updates.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, layout, and color.
  • Experience creating visuals for social media with a solid sense of what performs well across platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred
  • Experience with video editing tools or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Previous exposure to ticketing campaign graphics, partner assets, or stadium signage.
  • Prior work in the sports industry or fan engagement spaces.
