Navigo Marketing is a full‑funnel growth agency built for beauty brands. We operate across Amazon, Ulta, Sephora, Tik Tok, and Meta through a Connected Commerce model that turns content into performance. This role sits at the heart of what we deliver. You'll be the person responsible for bringing brands to life across every content surface we manage, from Amazon storefronts to paid social.

The Role

As Content Manager, you own the end‑to‑end content workflow 'll design, produce, and deliver high‑quality content assets across Amazon and paid social, manage multiple brand relationships simultaneously, and keep content projects moving without dropping the ball. You're as comfortable in a brand guidelines doc as you are in a project management tool.

Amazon Content
  • Design and write A+ Content and Premium A+ modules that convert, including brand story modules, comparison charts, and lifestyle imagery layouts
  • Build and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs), ensuring titles, bullets, and descriptions are compelling, keyword‑rich, and on‑brand
  • Produce Amazon product and brand video assets (scripts, storyboards, briefs) in coordination with video production partners
  • Create and maintain Amazon Storefront pages, keeping them current with seasonal campaigns and new product launches
  • Support listing image design (hero images, infographics, lifestyle shots) in collaboration with photographers and designers
Paid Social Content
  • Design static and motion assets for paid Meta and Tik Tok campaigns, adhering to platform specs and performance best practices
  • Collaborate with media buyers to align creative direction with campaign objectives and audience targeting
  • Develop and iterate on ad creative concepts based on performance data, refreshing assets as needed to combat fatigue
  • Assist in UGC and creator brief development when organic‑to‑paid content pipelines are involved
Project & Workflow Management
  • Own the content project management workflow from intake to delivery, maintaining clear timelines, briefs, and status tracking
  • Manage multiple concurrent content projects across different brand partners without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
  • Establish and enforce a content review and approval process with both internal stakeholders and client brand teams
  • Build and maintain templates, SOPs, and best practice documentation to systematize content production at Navigo
  • Identify bottlenecks in the production pipeline and proactively propose solutions
Brand Partnership & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary content point of contact for brand partners, building strong working relationships and clear communication
  • Interpret and apply brand guidelines with precision, ensuring every deliverable looks and feels authentically on‑brand
  • Run creative briefing sessions with clients to extract clear direction and reduce revision cycles
  • Proactively educate brand partners on content best practices, platform requirements, and performance‑informed creative strategies
What We're Looking For Required
  • 3+ years of experience in content design, creative production, or a content‑focused marketing role
  • Hands‑on experience designing Amazon A+ Content, PDPs, and Storefront pages (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in design tools, Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
  • Experience creating paid social assets for Meta and/or Tik Tok with a strong grasp of platform creative specs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with structured workflows and reliable delivery
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with brand partners and external stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for brand consistency
Preferred
  • Experience working at a marketing agency or managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT for copy ideation) and comfort integrating them into daily workflow
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO principles and how content decisions impact organic and paid ranking
  • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, , or Click Up
  • Background in beauty, wellness, or CPG categories
  • Video scripting or storyboarding experience
