Customer Service & Despatch Coordinator

* keep the world moving!
* You will coordinate with couriers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service standards
** What your day to day looks like:**
* ** Pack and dispatch
** components according to customer orders
* ** Coordinate
* * with couriers for timely dispatch and receipt of goods
* ** Inspect
* * goods for quality and allocate stock appropriately
* ** Occasional delivery
** to our customers.
* ** Maintain
* * accurate customer and order information using CRM and ERP systems (Zoho, MYOB)
* ** Assist
* * sales team with overflow calls and data entry as needed
* ** Comply
* * with all workplace health, safety, and environmental policies
* Positive, can-do approach and strong numerical skills
* ** Valid driver's license
*** Experience in a similar customer service or dispatch role
** desirable
* ** Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Safety-conscious attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
* Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems
* Positive, can-do approach and strong numerical skills
