Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Are you fluent in English and Spanish? Do you enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service? A client in Greenville, SC is looking for experienced and reliable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay: $18-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Location:

Greenville, SC

Job Highlights:

-Serve as the first point of contact for customers
-Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in both English and Spanish
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
-Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Requirements:
-Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
-3-5 years of previous experience in customer service with call center, financial, patient services, or legal experience preferred
-Demonstrated past experience with meeting performance metrics
-Strong listening skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Familiarity with specific processes for handling confidential information
-Familiarity with detailed documentation processes
-Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
-High school diploma
-Dependable and detail-oriented
