Job Summary
Salary: $50–$60K. Type:
Temp to Hire/Direct.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries related to health and welfare benefits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare and deliver reports for clients and senior leadership, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Monitor account activity to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service and claims departments to resolve client issues and improve the overall service experience.
- Oversee accounts, monthly reports, adds/terms, Cobra.
- Experience working client benefit accounts.
- Strong experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to provide excellent client support with strong written and verbal communication skills.
