Associate Dentist

A fast-expanding dental group with recently acquired offices is seeking an additional Associate Dentist to join a collaborative team of high-performing providers. This role is ideal for a doctor who wants strong clinical variety, solid earning potential, and the ability to help shape two thriving practices during a period of rapid growth.

Due to recent acquisitions and increased patient demand, the group is expanding its provider team. You’ll step into a well-supported environment with established workflows, strong mentorship opportunities, and the autonomy to practice comprehensive dentistry.

• 4 experienced doctors across two locations
• Strong, trained support staff (assistants, hygienists, front office)
• Collaborative culture focused on efficiency, patient experience, and high-quality care

• 4–5 days per week
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Molar & non-molar endodontics
• Simple & surgical extractions
• Implant placement & restoration
• Basic & complex restorative dentistry
• Invisalign / clear aligner therapy

• Full-scope family dentistry (children through adults)

• Strong PPO
• Fee-for-service (No heavy Medicaid burden)

• 30–35%+ of Adjusted Production
• Daily guarantee during the first 90 days for a smooth ramp-up
