Required Duties:
Participation on a Tumor Board, Mgmt. of Bone Marrow Transplants, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
Administration of Chemotherapy:
Nurse Oncologist

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Facility reimbursement for the following costs:
Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
Submission Requirements
Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology - REQUIRED
Active SC license - REQUIRED
BLS & DEA - REQUIRED
Clean background required for Emergency temps - REQUIRED
A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date.
