A free-standing cancer center is seeking a physician specializing in medical oncology to provide locum tenens coverage across two locations. This opportunity includes outpatient and inpatient responsibilities with no call during the locum period.

Free-standing cancer center with outpatient and inpatient coverage
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m.
Support Staff:
Seven physicians;
Six advanced practice providers;
Nurse oncologists for chemotherapy administration
- Participation on tumor board
- Management of bone marrow transplants
- Blood bank coordination
- Ordering tests and imaging
- Prescribing medications
EMR: EPIC
Dates: 4 week availability each month, with 4 days of availability each week - must be able to work for at least 6 month initial contract
