Radiology Physician

Join Our Team as a Locum Physician - Radiology SC and Make a Difference in Critical Healthcare Settings!

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Radiologist to provide vital coverage for Northern Light Medical Management - Bon Secours - St. Francis Downtown. This remote, overnight role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to urgent care, ER, and inpatient imaging services, ensuring patients receive prompt and accurate diagnoses in high-pressure environments. Play a pivotal role in a dynamic team committed to excellence in radiologic care.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the relevant state
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiology
• Proficiency in interpreting XR, CT, MRI, and US modalities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Availability M-F for overnight shifts

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Sub-specialty experience in Neuro, MSK, or ER imaging
• Prior remote radiology experience
• Familiarity with high-acuity case management

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology practice, preferably in ER or inpatient settings
• Proven adaptability to fast-paced environments

Other Requirements:

• Availability for overnight shifts, primarily ER, Stat, and high-priority inpatient cases
• Flexibility to cover approximately 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift, with approximately 70 wRVUs
• Must include malpractice coverage within the hourly rate
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access
