Join our team! Aiken Technical College is recruiting Medical Terminology Adjunct Instructors. Class schedules will vary from semester to semester; classes may meet during the daytime, evenings, weekends, or online. Faculty may be asked to work a split schedule (morning and evening classes) as well as teach dual enrollment courses in assigned high schools.
- Instruction including hands‑on and theory, classroom management, and administrative tasks that may include reports, syllabus and lesson plan development.
- Prepare and/or maintain current course syllabi for courses taught.
- Ensure that courses are taught in accordance with the established syllabi.
- Recommend for approval adequate instructional materials and laboratory facilities/equipment for courses.
- Supervision of students.
Associate’s degree and demonstrated competencies in the discipline required.
