Adelphi is seeking a Resource Teacher to provide pullout special education services for students in grades K5 at an Elementary school in Greer, South Carolina. This position is ideal for a dedicated, certified educator committed to supporting students with learning disabilities or multi-categorical needs through targeted, individualized instruction in a small group setting.

Monday Friday, 7:15 AM 2:45 PM
- Start Date:
ASAP
- Rate: $24/hr
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid South Carolina Teaching Certificate (or eligibility to obtain)
- Special Education endorsement/certification for Learning Disabilities (LD) or Multi-categorical (multi-categorical preferred; LD acceptable)
- Completion of a teacher preparation program with student teaching
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance
- Provide targeted pullout instruction aligned with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Adapt and deliver instruction using evidence-based strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress regularly and update IEPs accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and service delivery
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to individualized planning
- Utilize technology to support learning and communication
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and South Carolina state standards
- Promote a respectful, supportive, and academically challenging environment
- Any other duties as assigned
