We have an outstanding Contract position for an Avionic Technician to join a leading Company located in the Greenville, SC
.
US Citizenship is required.
Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Pay Rate: $34.00 - $38.00 Hour
You will be the Production Flight line Avionics, F-16 Technician Level 3 for the Production Flight line and Delivery Team. Our team is responsible for Flight line Operations including installs of electrical harnesses/wires, continuity testing, system testing, and soldering/termination operations, Launch and Recovery.
Job Responsibilities- Responsible for Flight Operations, testing/installing electrical harnesses/components, routing various wires/cables, terminating cables/wires, and performing operational checks to ensure flight readiness.
- May also be required to troubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systems based on area team. You will sometimes perform other duties such as general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections.
- Aircraft Flight line Experience is Preferred.
- Must have 4+ years of Recent Aircraft experience (fighter jet preferred but not required).
- Aircraft Flight line Experience is Preferred.
- Clearance at a minimum must be in process at time of start.
- Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned after training
1st
Shift: Mon - Thu 5:30AM - 4:00PM
2nd Shift: Mon - Thu 3:00PM - 1:30AM
