Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Design Engineer to support current project demands and play a key role in the long‑term growth of the engineering team. This is a strategic hire that will directly impact project delivery, design excellence, and the development of future engineers within the organization.

• Lead structural design projects from concept through completion.
• Perform structural calculations and ensure all designs meet applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate engineering scope with project managers and drafters.
• Mentor and support junior engineers.
• Deliver precast‑focused structural designs, including product design, seismic, wind, and lateral systems.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit for coordination and design review.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Strong structural design experience, especially with precast concrete.
• Ability to independently manage full project life cycles.
• Advanced calculation and design capability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD;
  Revit experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear, professional communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred).
• FE required.
• PE expected for candidates with 5–6+ years of experience.
