Senior Controls Engineer – Automation & Advanced Manufacturing Integration Lead Complex Controls Projects in Regulated, High-Impact Manufacturing

A global automation and advanced manufacturing integrator is hiring a Senior Controls Engineer to lead complex system integration projects in highly regulated environments, including medical device manufacturing.
This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role for an experienced controls engineer who enjoys taking projects from concept through commissioning, mentoring junior engineers, and solving challenging automation problems.
What you’ll do:- Design and deliver control systems that meet quality, cost, and schedule goals
- Partner with customers and cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
- 4+ years of controls/automation engineering experience
- Proven technical leadership in project‑based environments
- Background in regulated manufacturing (medical/life sciences preferred)
