Job Description Summary
In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the operational strategy needed to support the Hot Gas Path (HGP) Strategic Sourcing business objectives.
Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the HGP Sourcing team to establish the annual roadmap tied to multiyear objectives.
- Establish current year KPIs tied to the Gas Power Sourcing Organization and Gas Power Supply Chain.
- Establish and lead operational rhythms in order to meet our objectives.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Support GCLs on establishing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and strategy metrics.
- Safety metrics include but are not limited to our internal and external safety and environmental goals. As well as help establish across supplier safety sharing processes.
- Partner with the Quality team to establish joint metrics, reporting rhythms and action plans.
- Partner with suppliers, factories and services to support joint delivery objectives and ensure alignment.
- Cost, establish our spend analytics, current year deflation objectives and lead our LRF efforts.
- Lead workouts and strategy sessions to grow our strategy work streams within the organization.
- All other actions as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- A minimum of 2 additional years of experience in Operations, Materials, Engineering, Lean, Supplier Quality and / or Supply Chain Development.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $94,600.00 and $. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
