Overview
Greenville, SC
• Project Manager – Utility-Scale Renewable Energy
- 10+ years of project management experience
- Minimum 5 years leading utility-scale renewable energy projects (100+ MW) – solar, wind, or BESS
- Proven success delivering large EPC projects on time and within budget
- Strong financial oversight and cost control experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools
- Solid understanding of permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Lead the full lifecycle of 100+ MW utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Maintain full financial accountability, including forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with permitting requirements, environmental regulations, and safety standards
- Drive performance across cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Deliver executive-level progress reporting and updates
- Demonstrated leadership of large EPC teams in renewable energy environments
- Strong technical understanding of solar PV, wind, and energy storage systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
