As a Project Executive specializing in Hyperscale Data Centers
, you will lead business development, planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, mission‑critical data center projects. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry expertise, technical acumen, and a proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and under budget.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage contractual obligations, and drive innovation and efficiency to meet the complex demands of hyperscale data center development.

• Provide overall leadership for hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with client goals and organizational objectives.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Facilitate clear communication and decision‑making among project teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering.
• Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and client specifications.
• Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies for large‑scale data center projects.

• Direct the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Oversee project controls, including cost management, change orders, and schedule tracking.
• Resolve complex issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.

• Lead cross‑functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and field staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.

• Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Promote the implementation of sustainable building practices and technologies.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on hyperscale data centers or mission‑critical facilities.
• Proven track record of leading projects exceeding $100M in value.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC processes and other construction technologies.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, LEED AP, or similar certifications.
• Experience with hyperscale data center clients (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Meta).
• Familiarity with construction practices and standards.
