Job Description

Summary

We are enthusiastically searching for Environmental Subject Matter Experts and GIS Technicians to join our growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega‑projects.

Task / Subject Matter Expert Team Members
GIS Specialists
Environmental Planners

Desired skillsets

Experience conducting environmental analysis specific to large transportation projects.
Experience with environmental permitting specific to large transportation projects.
Experience with NEPA.
Experience using and interpreting roadway files to analyze impacts.
Experience with complex projects which include many overlapping layers and data sets that are in flux.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

GIS Specialists: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
Junior Level Engineers Task & SME Team Members: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
Mid‑Level Engineers / Task & SME Team Members: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
Senior Level Engineers / SME & Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using GIS and DGN’s.
State DOT experience.
