Industrialization Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the pilot and scale-up phases for two industrialization projects.
• Ensure raw materials and product recipes are recorded in the internal management system prior to pilot activities.
• Build on clear KPI monitoring related to Quality Control.
• Collaborate with R&D teams across the U.S. to manage projects, identify operating gaps, and deliver the pilot in accordance with customer specifications.

• Chemical Engineering or Materials Science degree with R&D or manufacturing/process development experience, 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a chemical industry.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in basic statistical analysis (e.g., Quality Control Plans, Gage R&R).
• Project management skills, including coordinating across work streams and planning ahead.
• Strong communication skills, networking ability, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
