Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II to join their team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer II, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:** $45-51/hr.

** What's the Job?*
* + Provide design liaison engineering (DLE) support to manufacturing teams, focusing on rotor and unit assembly areas.

+ Review, evaluate, and define solutions to manufacturing issues as they arise, utilizing hand calculations, CAD, FEA, and other internal tools.

+ Support DLE initiatives aimed at reducing defects through improved engineering definitions and manufacturing processes.

+ Assist in revising engineering specifications and drawings to ensure clarity and accuracy.

+ Conduct technical reviews to substantiate rework and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality standards are met.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

+ Proficiency in CAD software.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
