Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer II to join their team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer II, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting manufacturing operations. Mechanical Design Engineer

$45-51/hr.

• Provide design liaison engineering (DLE) support to manufacturing teams, focusing on rotor and unit assembly areas.
• Review, evaluate, and define solutions to manufacturing issues as they arise, utilizing hand calculations, CAD, FEA, and other internal tools.
• Support DLE initiatives aimed at reducing defects through improved engineering definitions and manufacturing processes.
• Assist in revising engineering specifications and drawings to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Conduct technical reviews to substantiate rework and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
