We are recruiting for a Survey Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage diverse surveying projects while mentoring field staff and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage survey projects from kickoff through final delivery.
- Prepare construction layout, as-built, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys.
- Lead and mentor survey field crews and office staff.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure quality service and project success.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid documents for new work.
- Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations.
- South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
- 7+ years of land surveying experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with construction calculations, boundary, and topographic surveys.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- FAA Part 107 Drone License is a plus.
