• Develop 3D Revit models
• Create plans, sections, and details in Revit and AutoCAD software
• Work as a team player with a group of technicians and designers, of various levels and disciplines (process, structural, mechanical, electrical etc.) and working with Project Managers and design teams to execute projects
• Arrange necessary resources for file sharing and communication to effectively share design files across the company or with clients, sub consultants, and contractors
• Maintain strong communication with engineers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and avoid any potential project conflicts
• QA/QC and ensure that all projects adhere to company CAD/BIM standards

• Engage daily with fellow Garver Launch interns and industry professionals to build your network.
• Participate in Garver's acclaimed wellness program, empowering you to prioritize your overall well‑being.
• Give back to your community through volunteer activities as part of our Garver Gives initiative.
• Enhance your professional growth by collaborating with Garver's Learning and Development team, which offers tailored training and programs, including skills‑based courses, designed to support your development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must be pursuing a Computer Aided Design associates degree.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Previous internship experience

This is an in‑office position; duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to off‑site locations to perform work and work‑related tasks or to attend meetings may be required.
