We have an immediate opening for a Materials Pipeline Engineer who will ensure the execution of test plans, perform experimental tests and material characterizations, while preparing for a future role in the Materials R&D Department as a Raw Materials Expert or Semi finished Materials Designer. What You Will Do

• Complete a training program on both raw materials and composite material design.
• Develop innovative composite materials that meet functional product specifications, factoring in the product, material, process, and measurement.
• Secure the implementation of test plans by inputting test requests into systems
• Perform experimental tests and material characterizations
• Summarize and send their results to the department and to their partners and databases, assuring capitalization by issuing reports, summaries, etc. to sustain the métier.
• Be the communications liaison between the Materials Testing lab and the Materials department

What You Will Bring

• Self-motivation with a high degree of integrity and able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
• Intellectual curiosity and a spirit of continuous learning and adaptability.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Bachelors, Masters or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (ex. Polymer Science, etc.).
