Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Oversee all project activities on-site, from initial planning through execution and completion. Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines.
Installation and Configuration: Supervise the installation and configuration of automation systems and joining technologies. Conduct testing to validate system performance.
Team Management: Coordinate the efforts of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors on-site. Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation. Address and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets FFT’s quality and safety standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and user manuals.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency. Gather client feedback and adjust project deliverables as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in automation or joining technologies.
Strong technical knowledge of automation systems and joining technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues quickly and effectively.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in quality and safety.
