AEGIS is seeking a motivated Junior Thermal R&D Engineer to support advanced research and product development in two-phase fluid flow and heat transfer for passive and actively pumped thermal management systems.
This role will work closely with senior engineering staff to translate fundamental research into high-performance electronic cooling products, supporting internal R&D initiatives and collaborative projects with university and national laboratory partners.
